

We are working very hard, as we have been throughout the last year, to upgrade the property-both interior and exterior. Had we known you were uncomfortable with spaces, we would have been happy to make arrangements of some kind with you so that you could have enjoyed a nice, hot breakfast. We are saddened to know that you skipped our delicious breakfast due to the size of our lobby. We always appreciate a guest's willingness to notify us if something needs attention, as we don't stay in the rooms and therefore are not aware of things such as this. This situation is being addressed promptly. Thank you for letting us know that the floor of the shower in your unit was super slippery. Had we known of your discomfort, we could have assisted with providing extra cushioning for your bed to make your stay more enjoyable. Which can make the mattress itself feel less comfortable to some. Therefore, in hospitality, we tend to order mattresses with extra support on the sides. Being in hospitality, you always walk a fine line with mattresses, as you want to provide comfort to the guest, yet you still need to have a product that will last longer than a season. We apologize that the firmness of our beds caused you discomfort. We are always available to our guests 24 hours a day to resolve any issues that may arise during their stay with us.
